Water-based flexible protective film, solventfree, prevents scratches and stains on coated of melamine-faced surfaces. It can be applied to any non-absorbent surface, such as painted wood, steel, brass and metals in general, plastic, etc. Once dry, the product forms an easily removable film that does not leave any kind of residue or stain. It can be applied in line and allows the pieces to be coated with precision, improving their appearance, avoiding waste chips.

Purmelt Cleaner is a product specifically for cleaning hot melt glue application systems. It allows you to clean melters and applicators for hot melt polyurethane glues and inhibits the reactive component of the adhesive, eliminating further crosslinking processes.

Product specifically for cleaning polyurethane hot melt glue application systems. It is used to clean the polyurethane glue from the applicator rollers once the production process is finished or in case of prolonged down-time.

It is a water-soluble, non-adhesive substance suitable for cleaning and protecting the surfaces of presses and plastic laminates from glue. The product allows a linear distribution of the film on the press surfaces and consequently, less likelihood of a build-up with consequent impregnation of the wood.

Its insulating power protects the press surfaces from corrosion and does not damage the metal plates.
